Order confirmation

After you have placed an order with us, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. This confirmation contains information about your order, delivery details and payment details to ensure you have all the necessary details for your reference.

Shipping within Sweden

At Miniplockmat you pay a shipping fee of SEK 49. From the time the goods have left our warehouse in Sweden, the shipping company takes over delivery responsibility for the goods. The package will be delivered directly to your mailbox or sent to your nearest drop-off point for collection. If the package ends up with at a drop off-point you will be notified with an SMS to the mobile number you enter when ordering.

All packages are trackable, which allows you to follow your package and to know the upcoming delivery date. Use the tracking number or tracking link sent to your email address to track your shipment.

Shipping within Europe

Orders within Europe are sent with DHL Parcel Connect and cost SEK 59.
Shipping to Norway and Åland costs SEK 149. All packages are trackable. Use the tracking link sent to your email address to track your shipment.

The package is delivered to the nearest drop-off point and you will be notified with an SMS to the mobile number you enter when ordering.

Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties or other taxes/import charges that may be levied in your home country. Any additional fees that apply will be paid by you. If for any reason you wish to return an item, unfortunately we cannot refund any customs duties or taxes that you have paid for the delivery of the products.

Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery time is then expected to take 1-2 days within Sweden. and 2-5 days in Europe. Contact us at if you have any questions about your delivery.

Package not collected

The package must be picked up within 7 days to avoid the risk of the package being sent back to us.
If we receive back packages that have not been collected from an agent, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs incurred in connection with the return. The money will be deducted from the amount paid for the order or an invoice will be sent to the address specified in the order.

Price and payment methods
All prices on the Swedish side of the online store are stated in SEK and include value added tax. We reserve the right to change the prices in the online store at any time without prior notice.

You will find the total price including shipping charges in the shopping cart.

Security: This online shop is built on the Shopify platform. Shopify is PCI compliant and supports secure checkout with 3D secure.

Credit card : You can pay with VISA or Mastercard.

Right of withdrawal

When you shop with us at Miniplockmat, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item. To start a return, you need to contact us so that we can help you. Please state your order number when contacting us.

For hygienic reasons, you do not have the right to change your mind after using the product. The item must be in the same condition as you received it. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the conditions are not met. The item must have been sent within 14 days in good packaging. As a customer, you are responsible for the package being handed in correctly to an agent.
For returns, a return fee of SEK 49 is added within Sweden and 89 SEK within Europe. Within Norway and Åland the return fee cost 149 kr. The fee is deducted in the event of a refund in connection with the return being handled.

Refund

When your return is received, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned product and whether the return has been approved.
If the return is approved, you will receive the refund in your original payment method. The refund can take between 5-14 days.
