Welcome to our FAQ. We are happy to have you here as a customer. We have provided answers to the most frequently asked questions about our production, orders, shipping & returns and about Miniplockmat in general. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to email us or chat with us.
Orders
After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of the order and an order number to the email address you entered during checkout. Processing then takes between 1-3 days. Finally, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your package has been shipped and a tracking number
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you. This will include a tracking link for your package so you can follow the package's path.
- Incorrect email address:
Please check that the email address you entered when ordering is correct.
- Check the spam
Sometimes order confirmations can end up in your junk mail. Please check your spam folder and mark the email as "Not Spam" if it has ended up there.
- Contact Customer service:
Please contact our customer service team if you have not received your order confirmation by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to change/add any products included in the order. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
We are sorry that the item you want to purchase is out of stock. If the item is out of stock, please sign up for "email me when item is back in stock" on the product page, and you will receive an email when the item has re-stocked.
shipping and delivery
Your order may take 1-3 business days to process in our warehouse. It then takes 1-2 days for Postnord to deliver the package.
All our products are sent from our warehouse in Malmö.
Shipping costs is SEK 49.
Returns & complaints
We urge you to shop carefully and only buy what you are sure you want to keep. We want to avoid unnecessary shipping back and forth, so we encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before making it.
As a customer, you are responsible for the return cost of SEK 49.
We hope you love the products from Miniplockmat as much as we do. But if you need to return something, you need to contact our customer service. Please note that we do not include return labels in our packages. This will instead be sent to you via email after you have contacted our customer service.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that we do not accept returns of gift cards.
All returned items are carefully inspected by our warehouse. To receive a full refund on your items, they must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags intact. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.
To create a return, you need to contact our customer service. We do not include return labels in our packages. Don't forget to enter the order number in the email and state what you want to return. You will then receive a return label/QR code sent to you via email, which you show to your postoffice
The refund is made to the same payment type you chose at checkout. Please note that it may take up to 14 days to receive the refund. In the case of invoices via Klarna, these invoices are automatically updated when your return is processed.
If something is not right with the product you have ordered, we apologize for this. We ask that you send an email to our customer service team, explain to us what is wrong with the product and attach one or more pictures of the error. Don't forget to let us know your order number in this email as well.

used in children's products. Its hypoallergenic properties, durability and easy cleaning make it a popular choice for parents. Yes. All our silicone is FOOD GRADE SILICONE. Our products are
free from BPA.
Yes it is true.
Some of our products are designed in Sweden. We also choose ready-made products that already exist on the market that we believe are of high quality. Sometimes we make small adjustments by introducing new color options that fit the company's brand profile.
Our products are manufactured in China. We have established a good and sustainable relationship with our suppliers and our high standard of working conditions and environmental consideration is reflected in every step of the manufacturing process.
PRODUCT USE
We recommend the kitchen knives from the age of two when accompanied by an adult.
The knives are adapted for children's hands and are made of plastic with a curved front edge for safety reasons. On the handle of the knives there is a silicone surface for anti-slip and a better grip for the children.
Much depends on the child's technique and strength. We recommend that you start by introducing soft and easy-to-digest raw materials such as: banana, berries, avocado, eggs, cheese and melon. When the child has enough control and strength, it is also possible to divide harder fruits and vegetables. Our crincle cutter is excellent for harder ingredients such as potatoes, carrots and apples.
