Below you will find a summary of all data that we process, the purpose of processing the data and the legal basis for which we use it.

3.2 CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSED
When you place an order online, the following information will be used to process your order; name, e-mail, telephone number, delivery address and billing address (street name, postal code, city and country). This information is also used to communicate with you via email and live chat regarding any questions or comments about the products and to facilitate the return and exchange process. The phone number is collected in order to send you an SMS when your order has arrived at your pick-up location. The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for Miniplockmat to be able to fulfill its contractual obligations towards you and that the legitimate interest is to facilitate the administration of returns, exchanges and complaints.

We also store your purchase history and information about returns and exchanges, for accounting purposes. Payments made for orders on our website are processed by a third-party payment service and the third-party service is the controller of the credit card information and other information related to the payment. Miniplockmat does not collect any payment information.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will process your name and email address.

To keep you informed about products, news and promotions, we save your email for direct marketing. 

We process your data to market our products to you who are already an existing customer. That is our legal basis for processing the information.

When you make a purchase at Miniplockmat and choose to pay with Klarna, you will be asked to enter your social security number. When and if you choose Klarna as the payment method at Miniplockmat and thus have to enter your social security number, the social security number is sent directly to Klarna. Miniplockmat therefore does not manage or store your social security number, even if you filled it in on Miniplockmat's website.

4. HOW LONG DO WE SAVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Miniplockmat processes your personal data for as long as is necessary with regard to the purpose of the current processing and as long as there is a legal basis for the purpose. In section 3, we have specified the storage time.

Miniplockmat only shares information with third parties that is necessary to process your order, such as order packing and delivery, payment processing, advertising services or data management.
