COCONUT SCONES

The sweet and exotic taste of coconut is something that often hits home with children. Try these tasty scones with both the taste and aroma of coconut. Super tasty to eat with just a dollop of butter, sliced ​​banana, but also with classic toppings 🥥🍌

👶🏻 From 9 months
🥚 Egg-free
❄️ Can be frozen
🍽 Quantity: 6-8 pcs

🔸4 dl wheat flour
🔸1/2 dl oatmeal
🔸2 tsp baking powder
🔸50 g butter or margarine
🔸1 tbsp coconut oil
🔸1 krm salt (can be omitted)
🔸1 dl coconut
🔸1 tablespoon coconut sugar
🔸2 dl milk

🔸Mix all dry ingredients.
🔸Mix in the butter and coconut oil.
🔸Pour in the milk and mix to a sticky dough.
🔸Pick out the dough on baking paper.
🔸Top with coconut flakes.
🔸Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 min.
