Yummy little carrot muffins with a taste of cinnamon & cardamom 🧡
🔸1.5 dl oatmeal
🔸2 dl wheat flour
🔸1 teaspoon bicarbonate or 2 teaspoons baking powder
🔸1 banana
🔸1 carrot
🔸2 dl milk
🔸 2 eggs
🔸1 tsp cardamom
🔸1 tsp cinnamon/Ceylon cinnamon
🔸Mix oatmeal, wheat flour and baking powder.
🔸Mash the banana and mix with egg, milk and grated carrot.
🔸Mix everything in a bowl and pour into the mold. For less mess, I recommend having the muffin tin on a baking sheet before you start filling the moulds.
🔸Bake in the oven at 185 degrees for 15 minutes.
